The Florida Standards Alternate Assessment (FSAA) is the required alternate assessment for students in grades 3 - 12 whose IEP indicates that the student will take an alternate state assessment. This training addresses the FSAA Design Overview, Assessment Components, Administration Procedures, scoring, and responsibilities for before, during, and after administration. This training is required for: staff who will be administering the FSAA and have never attended a face-to-face training and staff who have previously attended the face-to-face training but did not complete the annual updates. This training is highly recommended for staff that have previously administered the FAA due to the significant changes in the new FSAA assessment.
