Beginning teachers are assigned a District mentor to support them in the tasks they are assigned at the Face-to-Face trainings held every 2 months. Mentors assist through live meetings at school sites, emails, phone calls, and e-Mentor postings. This course is founded on the Danielson Framework and builds content at live trainings and application of content is embedded on the job.
