Participants will discuss the seven principles from the book study on Never Work Harder Than Your Students by Robyn Johnson and apply them to their teaching practices. Through the pre-assessment, each participant will determine their areas of strengths and weaknesses and will incorporate at least three new strategies from the book based on the areas they can stand to improve in.
