This course is designed for new Intensive Support Team (IST) Chairpersons and members. The course will focus on the legal requirements related to Exceptional Student Education, Gifted, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the American with Disabilities Act and the school district's policies and procedures related to these laws.
