ALP Administrators Cadre: Leaders for Leadership Development

In this course a Cadre of Administrators will bring validity and crediability to an Aspiring Leaders Program in the District. During each monthly PLC, administrators will share first hand experiences during the facilitation process to assist in developing the districts future administrative leaders. The PLC allows for increased knowledge in the hiring and retention processes for the district as well as implementing professional development concepts which differentiate between the critical skills learned on the job and/or with other situations when dealing with others. Participants are given the opportunity to shape future district leaders with current best practices and on the job tips on how to be an effective administrator.
