This course is designed for School & Department Bookkeepers, Senior School Secretaries, Jr. Accountants, or others responsible for actually managing and maintaining accurate budgets. Participants will learn budget amendment entry, journal entry and basic finance information. The course will provide a review of the "Redbook" Accounting Manual, review of the MBW website, and review where to locate forms and documentation. Participants will use hands-on learning to view budgets, encumbrances and available funds, and the importance of 'opening the fold' in the JDEdwards Business System.
