Participants will analyze the language of WIOA and outline the key elements of what it means to develop "career pathways" for GED Preparation. Participants will review some of the career pathways initiatives implemented over the past decade leading into WIOA, and develop strategies for implementing the most effective practices that have emerged from these initiatives into their curriculum and program activities.
